Edible Utopia’s vision is to embed a productive and vibrant food-growing project into the heart of Somerset House and King’s College London. Working with diverse participants on a weekly workshop programme Edible Utopia is transforming spaces across the site (both hidden and visible) into beautiful, bio-diverse, food growing areas that will produce fresh, organically grown mushrooms, rhubarb and chicory varieties (both forced and daylight grown) to eat and to sell.
